About six months ago we replaced our old motor home. We looked from Seattle to Arizona for a couple of months. Finally found RV Sales of Oregon's web site and decided to come visit and discuss a 2004 Horizon, When we arrived we were very pleased with the people and the motor home. Normally buying a vehicle may be exciting but might not be considered fun because of the negotiations. Gary and Rich made it simple and easy with no pressure. They had a sincere interest in our finding the right unit and made the whole process enjoyable. What we felt was they acted like friends and not salesmen. We also felt they knew the business and industry. During the purchase process, walk through, and delivery everyone we interacted with had the same attitude of wanting us to be completely satisfied. When a few small problems came up they willingly corrected them. We live in Northern California and will be using them for any work or repairs in the future. When I had some questions I called and they were just as nice as when we were purchasing the unit. We highly recommended them to our friends and anyone who is considering purchasing a RV in the future. If we ever had to replace our unit they would be the first place we would talk to.

My husband and I recently bought a Winnebago motor home from you and we want to say "Thank you" from the bottom of our hearts!  In the past we have bought houses, cars, campers, travel trailers and many more big items, never in all the years have we been treated half as good as you have treated us.  You allowed us to stay in the motor home on your property for the two nights we were there.  You even brought us breakfast each morning!  To top it off, you got us an anniversary cake for our 49th anniversary!  Everyone was so nice and helpful.  You showed us everything from top to bottom, end to end, inside and out, answered all our questions and explained how everything worked.  Any little thing that was wrong or broken you fixed on the spot.  You even showed us how to hook up our car for towing.  Let me say again that we feel we were treated like royalty, and you will be seeing us a lot.  Whenever we need service we will be back.  We do not think we would trust our motor home to anyone but you.  And we will be back just to say hello.  If anyone who reads this wants the greatest customer experience they have ever had, please go to the RV SALES OF OREGON in Eugene Oregon.  They not only will sell you a good product but they go way beyond the call of duty.
